This policy explains what information GamePlay Studio ("we", "us"), run by Abhishek Choudhari, collects when you play our games on Facebook and Messenger, including Shark Bets, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Game identifiers from Facebook. When you play, Facebook gives the game an app-specific player ID. We do not receive your email address, password, phone number or friends list.
• Game progress. Your scores, best net worth and number of seasons played are saved to your Facebook player data so your progress follows you between devices.
• Scores you choose to share. If you post a score, start a tournament or challenge a friend, that score is shared through Facebook as you choose.
• Advertising. Our games may show ads through Meta Audience Network. Meta may use device and usage information to deliver and measure ads, as described in Meta's Privacy Policy.

How we use information

• To run the game and save your progress.
• To show ads that keep our games free.
• To fix problems and improve the games.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run our own servers that store player data.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Data deletion

You can delete your game data at any time:

• On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Instant Games), find the game and choose Remove. This removes the game's access and its saved player data.
• Or email info@gameplaystudio.online with the subject "Delete my data" and we will help you within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
